Expansion to Winston-Salem • The Pregnancy Network

Why We're Going

Abortions in Guilford County in One Year
Abortions in Forsyth County in One Year
Total Abortions in the Triad in One Year

We have been privileged to serve women in Greensboro for 35 years. Our mission and desire has always been to empower women with truth and support so they don’t feel like abortion is their only option. Abortion not only ends a life, it deeply hurts every woman who experiences it. Women are hurting. Families are crumbling. The need is great.

When We're Going

In the Fall of 2020, we will launch a new Care Center where the need is greatest: Winston-Salem in Forsyth County. Because there are so many women in Winston-Salem seeking abortions, we want to provide additional support for women in that part of the Triad. Our goal is to provide every woman in the Triad with access to the resources she needs in order to choose life.

This expansion into the Triad means we have undergone a complete rebrand. As of March 2020, our new name is The Pregnancy Network.

We wanted the name to communicate the type of services we offer, but to also communicate professionalism, credibility, and the fact that there is more than one of us. The word “network” conveys strength and accessibility.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, and they are doing wonderful work! Because there are so many abortions taking place in Winston-Salem, we want to provide additional support. We want every woman experiencing an unplanned pregnancy to have access to excellent care.

Think about it this way: there are more than 2 million churches in the United States, yet new churches are planted every day. Why? Because the need is great! With multiple locations, more people can be served. And that’s exactly why we are expanding.

The only thing that will change about our Greensboro location is our name. Our mission remains the same: we exist to empower women to face their unplanned pregnancies without fear.

We expect to open our Winston-Salem location in the Fall of 2020.

We will still have our annual events, and we’d love to see you at both! The 2020 Walk for Life originally scheduled for Saturday, April 25, has been postponed due to the coronavirus. However you can still participate! Click here to learn more.

The Gala for Life (formerly “Benefit Dinner”) is Friday, October 30, 2020.
