Do you think you may have symptoms of a sexually transmitted disease (STD)? If so, visit us at The Pregnancy Network in Winston-Salem at your earliest convenience. We offer free STD testing for women. If you test positive for an infection, antibiotic treatment for Chlamydia and/or Gonorrhea will be available to you by a nurse at a later appointment. All testing and treatments are administered by Registered Nurses.
