Resources to Help You Find Your Village

If you just found out you’re pregnant, there can be a lot to process. Unsupportive partners, lack of a community, and financial struggles can make an unplanned pregnancy feel impossible. You may be wondering what it would be like to be a parent or whether it’s something you could handle. Let me encourage you. You can do this, and we can help.

They say, “It takes a village to raise a child,” and we agree. Whether you’ll be a single parent or are parenting with a partner, we all need people to come alongside us. At The Pregnancy Network, we offer medical services, educational classes, material and community resources, and an opportunity to find friendship through the Connect program, all to empower you to face your new life circumstances without fear and help you find your village.

Here’s an overview of the resources we offer and what women are saying about them:

Medical Services

We offer free medical services administered by staff Registered Nurses including medical-grade pregnancy testing, limited obstetrical ultrasounds, and STD testing and treatment.

“I am overwhelmed by this place. It is just incredible! The place was so clean and calming. Beth was my nurse. She was so kind and supportive and answered all of my questions. Thank you guys so much. I deeply appreciate everything you guys did for me today. If I could rate this 10 stars I would!”

“I went for a pregnancy test and ultrasound. The facility was very easy to locate, clean, quiet, peaceful, and had very friendly staff. They told me about a lot of resources that are around to take advantage of; classes, mentors, etc. I would definitely recommend them!”

Connect Program

Connect is a free program designed to help you build strong relationships with other women. Whether you’re looking for wisdom about parenting, guidance in your relationships, or you desire to grow closer in your relationship with God, this program is a great opportunity.. The Connect program can help you build a long-term healthy support network for the journey of pregnancy and parenting

Connect – Madison and Ashley’s Story

“We have developed a good relationship. I know I can call her for advice and prayer. I am glad I did it and feel like I have a lifelong friend.”

“She has been so helpful in my time of need. She's always there when I need to talk or pray. She's not judgmental when it comes to my problems. I thank God for meeting her.”

Educational Classes

We offer Pregnancy 101 and Parenting 101 to equip you with the need-to-know information for your pregnancy and parenting journey. Our classes are facilitated by trained advocates and guest speakers who are professionals in their fields. Pregnancy 101 covers topics like healthy eating, labor and delivery, breastfeeding, and more. Parenting 101 covers topics like baby blues, budgeting, infant CPR, and more.

“I’m a first-time mom and I came into this class knowing absolutely nothing. I really enjoyed this class and how much I learned. It was the most helpful thing so far during this pregnancy. I am so grateful to have gotten to be in Amalie’s class. It has helped me so much... I feel like I have a lot more confidence and knowledge to know what I want for my baby and labor. Thank you to everyone at TPN for being amazing and hosting a wonderful class and the amazing gifts we received. It was truly a blessing to be able to find an organization so kind. Thank you so much.”

“The Pregnancy Network has been such an amazing experience. From the time I stepped onto the facility, to the time I left…I felt safe, heard, and excited for the journey of pregnancy. These ladies genuinely want to help pregnant mamas. I took the Pregnancy 101 class and had THE BEST TIME. We learned so much, had fun and they provided us with so many things. Thank you all for the tremendous amount of love.”
