Position Summary
The Client Services Admin will be the first point of contact for clients and some donors, as well as provide administrative and client support across the organization. Responsibilities include welcoming and receiving clients; checking clients in and out of appointments; answering, screening, and forwarding calls; scheduling client appointments; conducting client appointments in house and on the mobile unit; performing clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, copying, and faxing;, and performing other duties as assigned.
Reports to: Client Services Director (Primary), Executive Director (Secondary)
Manages: Related Volunteers
Hours: 30 hours/week
Pay: $11-13/hr (based on experience)
Holidays and Benefits: 12 paid holidays (5 hours/holiday); 5 hours per month accrual of Paid Time Off (PTO); Retirement option (SIMPLE IRA) after 1 year of employment matched up to 3%

Qualifications for Employment
- Must be a committed Christian demonstrating a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, including membership in good-standing and attendance of a local church
- Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity
- Agree with and be willing to uphold the Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith, and policies of the Care Center
- Have experience in reception
- Have at least one year of experience as a volunteer in some ministry capacity
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Flexible schedule to be available Tuesday and/or Thursday nights
- Able to learn and navigate client management and online scheduling systems
- Familiar with Google applications
