We provide services, resources, information, and peer advocacy—free of charge. We help you understand the relationship between unplanned pregnancy, abortion, and your future goals and dreams.
Our free services include pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, STD tests and treatment, and abortion information. We also offer free resources and a mentorship program.
We are not an abortion center, so we do not perform or refer for abortions. Because we care for your well-being, we believe abortion is never a healthy option. We refer to abortion recovery services if you are struggling after an abortion.
Services are by appointment, though we will accept walk-ins if space is available.

Caution: For your health and safety, it is advised that an obstetric ultrasound be performed before taking the abortion pill.
An ultrasound is the only accurate way to confirm that the pregnancy is not ectopic and determine gestational age.
Last Menstrual Period (LMP) provides an estimate, but an ultrasound is generally considered the most accurate method to determine weeks of pregnancy. If you take the abortion pill and have an ectopic pregnancy, or are outside of the 10-week window the pill was designed for, you could suffer life-threatening complications. If you are considering acquiring the abortion pill, period pill, or chemical abortion online, our RNs strongly advise an ultrasound to protect your health.
