Our Client Services Director, Haley Landry, is getting ready to have her first child! After her maternity leave, she will continue on as a part-time employee. Position Description:
The Client Services Director has the responsibility of overseeing staff and volunteers who serve clients. She will be responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining the four kinds of services provided to clients: Health, Education, Mentorship, and Resource services, including enforcement of related policies/procedures, wherever those services are rendered (whether in-house or on the mobile unit); other job-duties as assigned
Reports to: Executive Director
Supervises: Supporting Staff and Volunteers
Hours: Full-time with Salary and Benefits (exempt)
Pay: Based on Experience
Qualifications:
- Female
- Must be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, including membership in good-standing, and attendance of, a local church
- Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity
- Agree with and be willing to uphold the Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith, and policies of the center
- Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a related field
- Have one year of experience as a volunteer in some ministry capacity
- Be able to provide spiritual encouragement, discipleship, and support to the volunteers
- Must attend fundraising events
- Flexible schedule to be available some nights and weekends, as needed
Essential Functions:
- Manage and train Client Services supporting staff, holding them accountable, and providing support and training as needed; conduct quarterly evaluation of supervisees
- Manage the recruitment, selection, and orientation of new volunteers at the Care Center; Manage and train volunteers, including a 15-hour initial training, and ongoing (quarterly) in-service trainings; conduct periodic evaluation of volunteers; lead in prayer
- Manage the development and maintenance of a monthly schedule for volunteer peer advocates at the Care Center and on the mobile unit
- Conduct annual appreciation event for volunteers, with ongoing volunteer acknowledgements (birthdays, illness, etc.)
- Manage all mobile operations; ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of the unit; drive the unit to necessary locations and appointments, if necessary
- Provide peer advocacy and services for clients when necessary
- Manage the maintenance and update of referral resources for volunteer and client use
- Manage the evaluation, selection, and maintenance of educational materials and resources
- Review all client charts at the end of each volunteer shift, amending and correcting
- Manage statistical information for Client Services department
- Ensure a monthly Praise & Prayer Letter is sent to intercessors
- Answer phones and receive clients/visitors as needed
- Ensure client services areas are maintained and ready for use
