Understanding the Abortion Pill

The abortion pill, also referred to as a medication abortion or chemical abortion, consists of two drugs and is used to end a pregnancy. The abortion pill was approved by the FDA for use only up until 10 weeks gestation. When dating your pregnancy by LMP, or last menstrual period, this is approximately 10 weeks since your last period. Our team is happy to answer any questions you have regarding the abortion pill.
