We can’t believe that the 2018 Benefit Dinner & Silent Auction is this Friday, October 12! Whether you are planning to attend or planning to catch updates from afar via social media, here are a few things you can expect:
The Goal
It takes $1,200 to empower one mom to choose life for her unborn child at the Care Center. Our goal this year is to empower 333 moms. That’s a total of $400,000! For those who are not attending Friday night, we will share the grand total raised via a Facebook Live announcement immediately following the event. So be sure to tune in!

The Keynote
David Bereit (pronounced be-right) became an outspoken pro-life advocate after Planned Parenthood announced plans to build an abortion clinic in his Texas town in 1998. He helped start and build a local grassroots coalition that rallied 60 churches and thousands of people together and dramatically reduced abortion in the region. Planned Parenthood recognized the effectiveness of David’s efforts when it labeled his town “the most anti-choice place in the nation.”
David led the first-ever 40 Days for Life campaign in College Station, Texas. David moved to the Washington, D.C. area in 2005 where he served as executive director of American Life League and national director of Stop Planned Parenthood until being asked to lead the national 40 Days for Life campaign. His pro-life work has been featured in the media hundreds of times, including coverage on Fox News, HBO, ABC, NBC and CBS television stations, numerous radio programs, and in over 100 newspapers across the country including USA Today, The Washington Post, and The Los Angeles Times.

We are very excited to share three new client stories on Friday evening. Each of these stories is a beautiful example of why the Care Center exists: To empower women and men in unplanned pregnancy. We know you will be blessed by each of these videos and can’t wait for you to see them.
