Executive Administrative Assistant

We’re hiring again! We love bringing qualified and passionate people onto our staff team. At this time, we’re looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant. Position Description:

The Executive Administrative Assistant will perform administrative and clerical duties for both Executive staff and Fundraising staff. Responsibilities will include preparing and filing reports and financial data entry; working with the Fundraising Director on events throughout the year; setting up appointments with donors and churches for the Executive Team; working along side of volunteers; and some facilities management. Sensitivity to confidential matters will be required; other duties as assigned.

Reports to: Executive Director

Hours: 25/week (Part-Time)

Qualifications:

  • Must be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, including membership in good-standing, and attendance of, a local church
  • Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the life-affirming position and sexual purity
  • Agree with and be willing to uphold the Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith and policies of the Care Center
  • Must be flexible, honest, and pursues humility
  • Strong sense of initiative (driven); able to handle responsibilities without immediate oversight
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time; able to prioritize
  • Detail-oriented with a desire for excellence and completion of tasks is crucial
  • Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly disposition
  • Have at least one year of related experience in administrative duties a must; basic bookkeeping experience a plus
  • Must attend fundraising events and maintain a flexible schedule
  • Excellent writing/editing, and data entry skills
  • Proficiency in social media or related digital marketing techniques
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite (Drive, Email, Docs, etc.)

Essential Functions:

  1. Work with Executive Director to organize and track donations, performing all necessary functions to follow up or enter data, as directed
  2. Work with Executive and Fundraising teams to schedule appointments with donors and churches, as directed
  3. Work with Fundraising Director to assist in major fundraising events
  4. Perform clerical duties (such as answering phone or filing papers), as directed
  5. Manage facilities, as needed
